FH Brunch Factory — text message consent

This page explains who receives text messages from FH Brunch Factory, exactly what they agree to, and how they stop. It is the opt-in reference for our A2P 10DLC campaign.

SMS program disclosure

FH Brunch Factory sends SMS messages about equipment service requests to service vendors and staff who have opted in.

Service vendors — get in touch

If you service equipment for FH Brunch Factory, leave your number and they will add you to their contact list. Text messages are optional — tick the box below only if you want service requests by text.

Text messages (optional)

You don't have to agree to text messages to send this. Leave the box unticked and FH Brunch Factory will call you instead.

How a number opts in

A vendor opts in themselves, using the form above — the consent box is optional, and leaving it unticked sends their details without signing them up for texts. A manager at FH Brunch Factory may also invite a vendor the restaurant already works with — an invitation sends the confirmation message and nothing else, so the vendor's own tap is still what gives consent. Nobody can be opted in by somebody else.

  1. The vendor submits their own mobile number and ticks the optional consent box on this page — or a manager invites a number taken from an invoice or a business card.
  2. That number receives one confirmation message containing a link. No other message is sent before consent.
  3. The recipient opens the link and taps “Yes, this is my address”. Consent is recorded with the date and time.
  4. Only then does the number receive service request messages. If the recipient does nothing, or taps “No — don't contact me here”, they receive nothing further and are never asked again.

The confirmation message is the only message sent to an unconfirmed number, and it carries the opt-out instruction:

FH Brunch Factory would like to text you service requests. Confirm here: https://app.vorsasystems.com/c/51f62011-1698-4465-a127-553c225bd0c1.EXAMPLE Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Who we text

Only service vendors and staff — the plumber, the refrigeration engineer, the hood-cleaning company, and our own employees. We do not text guests or customers, and we do not send marketing of any kind.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP to any message and the sender replies with the name of FH Brunch Factory, what the messages are for, and how to stop.

Reply STOP to any message and messaging to that number ends immediately and permanently — the consent record is revoked and the system will not send to that number again. It is not asked again.

A recipient can also decline from the confirmation link itself, before ever receiving a service request.

Message frequency varies — messages are sent only when a specific piece of equipment needs repair, which is a handful of times a month. Message and data rates may apply.

What the confirmation page says

This is the exact wording shown on the page they reach from that link:

FH Brunch Factory would like to send you service requests by text message when something needs repair.

You'll only get messages about actual jobs — no marketing, no newsletters.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Confirming also tells them this address reaches you, so a job doesn't get sent into a void.

They then choose “Yes, this is my address” or “No — don't contact me here”. Declining is recorded permanently and that number is never asked again.

What they receive after opting in

Service requests only, when something at FH Brunch Factory needs repair. There is no schedule and no recurring send — a message goes out when a piece of equipment breaks, which is a handful of times a month at most. Every message carries the opt-out instruction:

FH Brunch Factory: URGENT - service request for Walk-in cooler. Details and update the job here: https://app.vorsasystems.com/r/51f62011-1698-4465-a127-553c225bd0c1.EXAMPLE Reply STOP to opt out.

Your information

Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging, and consent itself, are not shared with anyone.

We store the number, the date and time consent was given, and the exact wording shown at the time — so that if anyone ever asks what they agreed to, there is a real answer.
